Colchester Community Theatre

Hello Awesome CCT Family!

I hope that you all have had an awesome summer and fall, and that you are getting psyched for CCT’s 26th season!  Much has happened since my last email communication back in May, and I would like to take this opportunity to bring you all up to speed.

I have some great news to share with you!

1) Our leadership team has made the decision to become an independent 501c3 Non-profit Organization.  We have officially separated from the Town of Colchester Park and Rec Department.  We will have some limited funds from our Town account, we have reverted back to being a  Board of Directors, we have our own insurance and we will be doing the show that we have chosen for February 2024 with full autonomy over the creative process.  We will be able to use the Town school facilities at no charge as we are a non-profit organization operating in Colchester!  We are so excited that we have found a way to save the CCT family that we all know and love, with the freedom to do what we all love without sacrificing what we are all about.

2) What show are we doing?  Colchester Community Theatre is proud to announce that we will be doing Kinky Boots for our 2024 February production!  Auditions will be Monday, November 27 and Monday, December 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Congregation Ahavath Achim Synagogue on Lebanon Ave. in Colchester.

3) What can you do to help?  We need you to audition, volunteer, tell your friends and family, get psyched and help us in any way that you can with donations as we need do need seed money make this happen. We cannot do this without your help! Whatever amount you are able to donate will help, so please send your donations as follows:
